About Uintah County Criminal History

Uintah County criminal records are divided among the jail and public-safety offices in Vernal, Utah's district and justice courts, the Bureau of Criminal Identification, the Utah Department of Corrections, and the Utah Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry. Each office keeps a different record. This privately run resource organizes the verified portals, phone numbers, addresses, and request paths so readers can begin with the custodian that actually holds the document they need.

Why We Built This Site

Utah provides several official access routes, but none is a single Uintah County criminal-history file. Uintah County Jail handles local booking and custody questions. The Eighth District Court and shared justice court keep filed charges, events, and dispositions. The Utah Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Identification maintains the fingerprint-supported state history and gives people a subject-only Right of Access route. UDC holds incarceration and supervision records, while DPS manages the state offender registry. We organize the verified search tools, counter details, fees, and request steps for those separate systems.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to a Utah court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. There are clear limits to the help available here:

  • We cannot issue a certified case file, booking sheet, police report, or BCI record
  • We cannot submit GRAMA requests, challenges, or expungement papers for a visitor
  • We cannot obtain an official record or run an official check for another person
  • We cannot interpret a charge, warrant, or expungement rule as legal advice
  • We cannot promise that a government office has not changed a fee, phone number, address, or access rule

Only the record holder, such as Uintah County Jail, a Utah court clerk, or BCI, can release or certify its official document.

Search Partners

Outside providers power some search boxes. They control their own results, fees, account terms, and data practices. A completed signup may produce referral revenue for this site, which supports free access to the reference material. We do not set a partner's price or decide which records its system returns.
