Confirm a court date with the Eighth District or shared justice clerk, present custody with Uintah County Jail, a personal state history with the Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification, and a registry entry with the Utah Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry or local registering agency. Only the issuing office can provide an official or certified copy.
